Concept Statement Write Up
Due to this virus COVID-19 , the COVID-19 virus has been effect the urbanism and density, and also this virus has been effect the human health to getting sickness and also easy to be spread each other. People are worried how to take care of this virus COVID-19 in coming future. So this Moty Hotel are wanted to involve part of the way to take care the virus COVID-19. Besides that , now Moty Hotel also following the rules and regulation from Ministry of Health of Malaysia had announce.
Due to this virus COVID-19 , the amount of tourism are decrease , the environment and air pollution are also getting bad. In this case , people are needed more eco system to fix these issue. In the mean time , in SS15 there are full of unexperience and lack service hotel for example the space of the room is very limited and also lack of facilities.
The reason that purpose Moty Hotel is can be feel the big different between any other hotel in SS15. Because Moty Hotel is using eco friendly material to fix the issue that people facing right now. For example , the aircond that use in Moty Hotel is eco king inverter aircon so it can enhance the natural surrounding and also in the same time it also can be improve the indoor air quality. There are still many eco friendly material surrounded in Moty Hotel.Besides that , Moty Hotel also provided full facilities to every guest who stay in Moty Hotel.
There also have a reason why i choose this concept, because of our site is in SS15 so there are many cars, manufacturer, shoplots and also the virus of Covid-19 it makes the environment more terrible. So there are full of carbon dioxide, for example in SS15, there are plenty of cars are all around that produce carbon dioxide, and it makes the environment very bad and their air quality will very poor as well. Beside that, in front of the site also have a construction that still progressing so it also will cause human health.
So i would like to use some recycle material that have been recovered so the guest will choose good environment place for to stay and relax. In the mean times the virus also will be gone. So i hope this concept apply on Moty Hotel will solve this issues that we facing right now. Thank You
